This is how you make the most of your time in 5 easy steps
1. Plan ahead a little.
Don’t dive into everything and then get caught up in the waves of your continuous motion. Put a little thought into it and follow through with the plan.
2. Take it moment by moment.
Life is only right NOW. Not tomorrow, not in an hour. just settle into the moment and fully experience what is happening
I know you will inhale and exhale as long as you are alive but I want you to BREATHE. Consciously fill your lungs with air and consider the greatness that lives inside of you. All the great people that have walked the earth have breathed the same air.
Connect with other people. Show up and share the moment. It changes things 😉
Love that you have this lifetime to create and manifest. Take care of yourself and time will change. Talk about time the way you want to experience it (I have enough time for THAT!)
Here’s the lesson: Be proactive and plan. Stay in the moment and connect with your breath. Enjoy the companionship of others and BE LOVE!!
